Refund Policy
DevPulse offers refunds under certain circumstances as outlined in this policy. Please read the following carefully to understand our refund procedures.
1. Training Programs
- Refunds are available if requested within 7 days of the program start date.
- A 20% administrative fee will be deducted from all training program refunds.
- No refunds will be issued after the 7-day period.
- If a training session is canceled by DevPulse, a full refund will be issued.
- Partial attendance does not qualify for partial refunds.
2. Software Products
- Digital software purchases may be eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if:
- The product is defective
- The product does not perform as described
- You have not downloaded or installed the software
- After 14 days, no refunds will be issued for software purchases.
- Custom-developed software is non-refundable once development has begun.
3. Hardware Products
- Hardware may be returned within 14 days of receipt if:
- The product is defective
- The product was damaged during shipping
- The product does not match the description
- Returned hardware must be in original packaging with all accessories.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
4. Consultancy Services
- Refunds for consultancy services are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- If unsatisfied with services, you must notify us within 3 days of service completion.
- No refunds will be issued for completed work that meets agreed specifications.
- Deposits for future services are non-refundable.
5. Refund Process

- Your full name and contact information
- Order number and date of purchase
- Detailed reason for the refund request
- We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Note: All refunds are subject to verification of purchase and compliance with these terms. Abuse of the refund policy may result in denial of future refund requests.
